Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a restaurant or food service role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
- basic English proficiency

Job Duties
- Sets tables
- arranges place settings and table decorations according to Texas Roadhouse standards
- receives guests
- makes suggestions and answers questions about food, wines and other items available
- takes and places orders
- receives food and beverages from kitchen and bar when required
- maintains sales record
- collects cash or payment by credit card
- clears and cleans tables and other customer service areas
- performs other duties as assigned
