The role of a Waiter at Aramark is integral to the smooth operation of food service in various settings. The position requires physical stamina as it involves lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods. An ability to work under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods is necessary, as is having a food service certification and a satisfactory educational background to understand and follow verbal and written instructions accurately. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

  • Uphold all requirements related to food safety, including hygiene, handling procedures, and storage protocols
  • Comply with established uniform regulations
  • Daily interaction with the manager for menu coordination
  • Ensure proper food temperature monitoring
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
  • Keep work areas clean and disinfected, including steam tables, countertops, and machinery
  • Carry out cleanliness procedures such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • Ensure garbage collection and kitchen floor cleanliness
  • Fulfill other duties as required, including aiding different kitchen departments
