We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Waiter to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for making guests feel welcomed from the moment they arrive until they leave satisfied. You will manage multiple tables with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that each guest receives high-quality service tailored to their needs. This position offers a paid opportunity with competitive hourly wages ranging from $15.00 to $16.00. Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or food service experience especially in fine dining or nightclub settings is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS Micros POS or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality excellence
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking across multiple tables
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols sanitation standards and proper food handling techniques
  • Experience in upselling beverages and menu items to maximize sales opportunities
  • Basic math skills for cash handling billing accuracy and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety sanitation and presentation
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met addressing any concerns promptly and professionally
  • Clear tables efficiently bus tables as needed and assist with basic food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean organized dining area that adheres to health regulations and food industry standards
