Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as toast, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning service areas, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed to maintain a smooth flow of service
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and perform basic math for billing purposes
