Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food service role, preferably in fine dining or hospitality
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Ability to multitask efficiently with superb time management skills in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with food industry standards for sanitation, food handling, and safety protocols
- Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management
- Knowledge of reservation platforms like OpenTable and guest relations best practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper food handling and sanitation standards
