Job Requirements

  • Food service certification required
  • high school diploma or equivalent desired
  • ability to work under pressure
  • adherence to uniform guidelines and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary
  • physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for long periods

  • deliver food to patrons as per scheduled meal times and establishment regulations
  • maintain and apply culinary utensils with a focus on blades
  • ensure timely preparation of food items and beverages

  • assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking and serving devices
  • uphold all food safety and hygiene requirements
  • comply with established uniform regulations
  • coordinate daily menu planning with the manager
  • monitor food temperatures during storage and service
  • keep work and storage areas clean and organized
  • maintain sanitation by cleaning work areas and equipment
  • perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing

  • perform additional duties as required across kitchen departments
