This position is open to candidates aged 18 and above and requires the ability to obtain an ABC license as part of the employment criteria.

The waiter or waitress role is central to the guest experience at our restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner, offering menu recommendations that enhance the dining experience, accurately taking food and beverage orders, and delivering these promptly from the kitchen to the table. Additionally, the role involves upselling menu items when appropriate, handling cash and credit card transactions with care and integrity, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be attentive, patient, and capable of providing personalized service tailored to individual guest preferences. This is a shift-based role that demands flexibility and a cooperative approach to facilitate smooth service throughout the restaurant. As part of the team, the waiter or waitress is also expected to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area, clear tables promptly, and assist with any guest concerns or special requests to foster a welcoming environment.
