The role of a Waiter at Aramark is integral to maintaining the high standards of food service and customer satisfaction that the company is known for. Job Duties

  • Follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
  • put together a report for the day ensuring the accuracy of transactions and meal planning
  • grasp the elements that make up a meal to confirm their inclusion
  • store food correctly to prevent contamination and spoilage
  • deliver food to patrons as per scheduled meal times and establishment regulations
  • apply and upkeep culinary utensils, with a focus on blades
  • make sure food items and beverages are prepared promptly
  • elevate the visual appeal of meals and enhance guest enjoyment through garnishing
  • provide help with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking and serving devices
  • uphold all requirements related to food safety including hygiene, handling procedures, and storage protocols
  • comply with the established uniform regulations
  • coordinate daily with the manager on the day’s menu
  • ensure foods are stored and served at correct temperatures
  • uphold cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
  • maintain hygiene by keeping work areas clean and disinfected
  • implement cleanliness procedures including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • ensure garbage is collected and kitchen floors are kept clean
  • fulfill other duties as required including aiding different kitchen departments
