The Waiter position at Aramark is vital in supporting the operations of the food service team.   • assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking and serving devices
  • uphold all food safety requirements including hygiene, handling, and storage
  • comply with the established uniform regulations
  • coordinate daily with manager for menu planning
  • monitor food temperatures for storage and service
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
  • keep work areas clean and disinfected including steam tables, countertops, and machinery
  • carry out general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • collect garbage and keep kitchen floors clean
  • fulfill other duties as required including aiding different kitchen departments
