Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • follow a predetermined menu to prepare top-notch food and pastries
  • put together a report for the day ensuring the accuracy of transactions and meal planning
  • grasp the elements that make up a meal to confirm their inclusion
  • properly store food to prevent contamination and spoilage
  • deliver food to patrons as per scheduled meal times and establishment regulations
  • apply and upkeep culinary utensils, focusing on blades
  • ensure timely preparation of food items and beverages
  • enhance the visual appeal of meals through garnishing
  • assist with sanitation of refrigeration units, freezers, and kitchen equipment
  • uphold all food safety standards including hygiene, handling, and storage
  • comply with uniform policy at all times
  • coordinate daily menu with the manager
  • ensure proper food temperature monitoring and maintenance
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of work and storage areas
  • carry out general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
  • collect garbage and keep kitchen floors clean
  • perform additional duties as required, including aiding different kitchen departments
