- Ability to work under pressure

- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Follow predetermined menu to prepare food and pastries
- Monitor and maintain accurate meal records and cash receipts
- Assist in generating daily reports with accurate transaction and meal planning
- Store food properly to prevent contamination and spoilage
- Serve meals to patrons according to schedules and regulations
- Use and maintain culinary utensils focusing on blades
- Ensure timely preparation of food items and beverages
- Enhance visual appeal of meals through garnishing
- Assist in cleaning and sanitizing refrigeration units, freezers, and cooking devices
- Uphold food safety standards including hygiene, handling, and storage
- Follow uniform policies and wear appropriate PPE
- Coordinate daily menu planning with the manager
- Monitor food temperatures for safe storage and serving
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in work and storage areas
- Perform general cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Collect garbage and maintain hygienic kitchen floors
- Perform additional duties as required, including assisting other kitchen departments
