Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong customer focus and service orientation
- ability to handle stressful situations calmly
- basic math skills for transaction handling

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to think quickly and resolve issues calmly
- familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- assist guests with name, descriptions, origins, and ingredients of each food and drink item and recommend when appropriate
- maintain high hospitality standards throughout shifts
- learn the menu and continually educate oneself on specials
- handle complaints with patience and grace
- deliver checks and accept payments
- adhere to food, sanitary and safety standards
- ensure opening and closing tasks are complete and setup for success
- help run food when necessary
