Job Requirements
- Availability for variable weekdays, every other weekend and every other holiday
- Ability to work from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- Prior experience in customer or food service
- Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to assist with dining area preparation and clean-up
- Teens welcome to apply subject to local regulations
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
- Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification preferred
- Experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to provide friendly and attentive service
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Setting up, clearing, cleaning, and resetting the dining room routinely
- Taking menu orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving meals to residents and guests promptly and graciously
- Providing quality customer service to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborating with kitchen and dining staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Upholding all health and safety standards in food handling
- Assisting with special event dining setups when needed
