Job Requirements
- high School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local regulations
- may require valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- ability to perform repetitive motions
- ability to use hands and arms for handling and reaching
- ability to taste and smell
- attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time
- flexible availability preferred
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of food and beverage service practices
- ability to provide attentive customer service
- ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- effective communication skills
- familiarity with alcohol service certification requirements such as TIPS or TEAM
- ability to work flexible shifts
- understanding of health and safety standards in food service
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests
- present menus and introduce specials or menu changes
- provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine
- answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen
- confirm orders with guests
- check items for quality and completeness
- monitor guest needs
- respond to requests and address concerns professionally
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time
- perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements
