Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- If applicable, must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations
- May require a valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification, and must comply with all state-specific alcohol training requirements
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, throughout the entire duration of a shift, which may exceed 8 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- The employee must be able to use hands to finger, handle, feel or reach with hands and arms
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Attendance and punctuality with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence
- Check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent
- Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Perform significant walking or other means of mobility throughout the shift
- Lift and carry items up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
