As a Wait Staff Non-Tipped, your core responsibility is to ensure guests receive a welcoming dining experience by greeting and seating them, presenting menus, and offering knowledgeable recommendations about the menu including entrees, appetizers, desserts, and beverages. Familiarity with food preparation, allergens, and menu changes is vital to answer guest inquiries confidently. You will be responsible for taking accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely communication with the kitchen, and verifying all orders for quality and presentation consistency.
