Job Requirements

  • Being of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Completion of food safety handlers certification
  • Completion of alcohol service training
  • Possession of alcohol server permit
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk and hear frequently
  • Ability to occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
  • Ability to read and understand all training materials

Job Qualifications

  • Completion of cast certification program or progress towards completion
  • Completion of legally required state or local training and certificates
  • Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
  • Good public speaking and listening skills
  • Ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively

Job Duties

  • Follow opening, closing and intermission procedures
  • Comply with emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures

  • Observe federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods
  • Track and report tips accurately
