Job Description

HumanGood is a leading senior living company dedicated to creating vibrant communities where older adults can thrive. With a mission rooted in purpose, HumanGood reimagines senior living by focusing on providing high-quality care and an exceptional living environment. The company prides itself on fostering a supportive and nurturing setting for both residents and team members, making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults each day. As an established name in the senior living industry, HumanGood offers an enriching workplace environment where employees are valued and empowered to grow personally and professionally. The company emphasizes a culture that supports total well-being, offering a competitive compensation package and comprehensive benefits designed to support health, wealth, and personal development. HumanGood believes in investing in its team, recognizing the vital role every team member plays in the success of its communities and the well-being of its residents.

The role available is for a part-time Waitstaff/Server position that involves work shifts between 3:30 PM and 9:30 PM, with weekend and holiday availability being crucial. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to residents and guests within a dining setting tailored to senior living communities. The primary responsibilities include setting up dining areas, clearing and cleaning tables, and promptly serving meals. A successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, preferably in food service or restaurant environments, and some experience working with seniors is highly regarded. Food Handler’s or ServSafe certification, although preferred, is not a strict requirement. This position welcomes applicants with open availability, including evenings and holidays, and even encourages teens to apply, subject to local regulations. The pay rate ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, reflecting the value HumanGood places on skilled and compassionate team members. The Waitstaff/Server role is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a meaningful part-time job that makes a direct impact on the quality of life for seniors, supported by a company committed to their growth and well-being.
