The position available is for a Wait Staff Non-Tipped role at the DELTA SKY CLUB located in Orlando International Airport (MCO). This is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly wage of $19.25. The wait staff role is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, friendly, and professional service in an airport lounge environment that requires high standards and attentiveness. The Wait Staff must possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including dietary restrictions and allergens, to provide accurate and helpful recommendations. A focus on detail and guest satisfaction guides daily duties, including monitoring guest needs throughout their visit and professionally addressing any concerns or complaints.

Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and engage in significant walking are essential due to the active and fast-paced nature of the role. Sodexo emphasizes flexibility in schedules with varying shifts and encourages open availability to accommodate the dynamic airport environment.

Sodexo values its employees by fostering a supportive workplace culture that promotes career growth through ongoing training and development opportunities. Comprehensive benefits packages support employee wellbeing, including paid time off, health insurance options, retirement savings plans, tuition reimbursement, and other incentives aimed at sustaining work-life balance. The company also recognizes individual contributions and advocates for a workplace inclusive of diverse backgrounds and abilities, reflecting Sodexo’s commitment to equality and respect for all employees.

This role is ideal for candidates who seek a meaningful job with a well-established company that champions purpose-driven work and provides opportunities for advancement in a dynamic environment.
