Working as a Wait Staff Non-Tipped member, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will focus on providing attentive service by greeting and seating guests, introducing menu specials, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that every item served meets high standards of quality and presentation.

The position requires open availability across varying shifts, which means flexibility is vital to accommodate the lounge’s operational hours and peak times. As part of your duties, you will need to be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including appetizers, entrées, desserts, and beverages, and be able to make informed recommendations to guests, including addressing allergens and preparation inquiries.

Physical stamina is important, with expectations that you will be walking or standing throughout your shifts, which may extend beyond eight hours. The role also involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Your ability to perform repetitive motions, use your hands skillfully, and maintain a clean and professional demeanor helps ensure an outstanding customer experience.
