The role is full-time with a competitive hourly wage of $24.00. Working as a Wait Staff Non-Tipped member, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will focus on providing attentive service by greeting and seating guests, introducing menu specials, taking accurate orders, and ensuring that every item served meets high standards of quality and presentation.
The position requires open availability across varying shifts, which means flexibility is vital to accommodate the lounge’s operational hours and peak times. As part of your duties, you will need to be knowledgeable about the menu offerings, including appetizers, entrées, desserts, and beverages, and be able to make informed recommendations to guests, including addressing allergens and preparation inquiries.
Physical stamina is important, with expectations that you will be walking or standing throughout your shifts, which may extend beyond eight hours. The role also involves lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally. Your ability to perform repetitive motions, use your hands skillfully, and maintain a clean and professional demeanor helps ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol based on local city and state regulations if applicable
- May require valid TIPS, TEAM, or equivalent alcohol-service certification and compliance with local alcohol training
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, sometimes over 8 hours
- Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds, occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Ability to use hands to handle, feel, or reach
- Ability to taste and smell
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 0 to 1 year related experience
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with professionalism and friendliness
- Knowledge of menu items including allergens and preparation methods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and kitchen staff
- Compliance with local alcohol service regulations, including any required certifications such as TIPS or TEAM
- Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials or menu changes
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine, and answer questions about menu items, allergens, and preparation
- Accurately take and relay orders to the kitchen, confirm orders with guests, and process them in the correct sequence
- Check all items for quality and completeness, ensuring that presentations are attractive, appetizing, and consistent
- Monitor guest needs, respond to requests, and address concerns or complaints with professionalism
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
