Job Duties

  • Warmly greet and seat guests
  • presenting menus and explaining daily specials
  • accurately take food and beverage orders
  • offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
  • serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
  • ensuring guest satisfaction
  • anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
  • process payments accurately and efficiently
  • handling cash and credit card transactions
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas
  • including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
  • adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
  • assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
  • proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
