Job Duties
- Warmly greet and seat guests
- presenting menus and explaining daily specials
- accurately take food and beverage orders
- offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
- ensuring guest satisfaction
- anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to requests or concerns
- process payments accurately and efficiently
- handling cash and credit card transactions
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- including tables, chairs, and service stations
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow
- adhere strictly to all operational, safety, and sanitation standards, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations
- assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas for service
- proactively identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and resolve any issues that may arise
