Job Requirements
- must be dependable
- must be able to commit to at least two shifts a week including one weekend shift
- availability to work from 4 pm to 8 pm
- ability to perform physical tasks including cleaning and dishwashing
- no prior experience required
- must maintain a professional demeanor
- must adhere to all community policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- dependable and patient with a kind and passionate approach
- ability to work at least two shifts per week including one weekend shift
- positive attitude with an energetic and fun personality
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to participate in training and follow community policies
Job Duties
- provides daily meals to residents, their families, and guests
- completes assigned opening and closing side work at the beginning and end of shifts
- assists in washing dishes for the dining room as assigned
- participates in daily, monthly, and annual cleaning duties
- attends required training, in-service, and staff meetings
- maintains a safe working environment by preventing accidents and preserving equipment
- maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, families, and coworkers
- adheres to all policies and procedures of The Highlands at Pittsford
- performs other duties as assigned
