Working in the Manor kitchens, Servers are responsible for ensuring that meal times run smoothly by preparing the dining areas, assisting with meal service, and maintaining cleanliness and order before, during, and after meals. The role requires a steady and focused work ethic, especially during busy meal periods, as well as the ability to follow established protocols and work cooperatively with the broader team. The position includes responsibilities such as setting tables, serving food, assisting with room service for residents who prefer to dine in their rooms, and helping with dishes and cleaning tasks.
