Job Requirements
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Completion of required alcohol service training
- Knowledge of state and local alcohol laws
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable attendance

- Pass background check
Job Qualifications
- Completion or progress towards cast certification program
- Completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and permits
- Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training
- Good public speaking skills
- Effective listening and clear communication
- Ability to perform calculations accurately
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication with customers, co-workers and management
- Ability to set goals and prioritize tasks
Job Duties
- Regular and consistent attendance
- Exceptional guest service skills
- Ensure guest orders are processed timely and efficiently
- Comply with all laws and legal obligations regarding alcohol service
- Maintain current required alcohol certification and training
- Promote Regal Crown Club Program
- Enforce MPAA rating system
- Manage accurate handling of money and inventory
- Detect counterfeit bills
- Utilize excellent sales techniques including upselling
- Operate, prepare and clean all related equipment
- Use concession storerooms and cleaning materials properly
- Follow opening, closing and in-between show procedures
- Adhere to emergency, evacuation and robbery procedures
- Comply with all food safety laws
- Enforce dress code
- Ensure guest satisfaction with greetings and gratitude
- Abide by laws regarding breaks and meal periods
- Accurately track and report tips
- Complete cast certification program and required training
