The Wait Person at Eskaton plays a vital role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to residents. This position is responsible for the setup, service, and cleanup during meal periods, aiming to provide friendly, efficient, and attentive service at all times. The role requires a dedication to detail and customer satisfaction, where the Wait Person takes meal orders with care, considering dietary needs, preferences, and allergies, and assists with meal preparation and service. Beyond routine duties, this role also supports special events and communicates any issues or feedback promptly to supervisors, ensuring the dining service runs smoothly and meets Eskaton's high standards. This is a part-time or full-time hourly position, offering competitive pay ranging from 17.40 to 20.96 dollars per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
