The organization believes in providing equal employment opportunities and values the unique contributions of every team member, ensuring a respectful and supportive workplace environment.
The Vice President of Operations (VPO) role at Aramark is a high-impact leadership position reporting to the Regional Vice President. This position demands a visionary leader who can develop and implement strategic priorities that align with Aramark's commitment to operational excellence and innovative client solutions.
In this role, the VPO will oversee the entirety of the operational facets including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service, holding full profit and loss accountability. The incumbent will be instrumental in identifying opportunities to expand client requirements through innovative services and solutions, working collaboratively with internal teams such as Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Compliance, as well as external partners. The Vice President of Operations will lead a highly motivated and productive team using strong communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching techniques to maintain high performance levels.
Furthermore, this position involves partnering with business unit leaders and key stakeholders to inspire change management and the implementation of new business processes. The leader is expected to have a deep understanding of complex, large-scale healthcare foodservice operations and the acumen to drive business process improvement while maintaining strong client relationships at multiple levels of the organization, including C-suite executives.
The role offers a competitive salary range from $160,000 to $210,000 annually, underscoring the high-level responsibility and expertise required. Aramark provides comprehensive benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plans such as 401(k), paid parental leave, disability coverage, and other work/life resources geared toward supporting employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
