Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience with emphasis in capital projects, project management, security, facilities and engineering
- Strong problem solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Technical proficiency and knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Current knowledge and understanding of regulations, industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws
- Strong client interface and presentation skills preferred
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public
- Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must have the ability to drive results and be proactive when working on tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Job Duties
- Direct the overall operations and staff of Security, EVS, Facilities, Engineering, Valet and Marine departments
- Adhere to and enforce compliance with all regulations established by Louisiana State Police-Gaming Division, United States Coast Guard, ABS Consulting, OSHA and other applicable agencies
- Oversee maintenance of all equipment/systems onboard the riverboat using a preventive maintenance schedule
- Develop, implement, and manage operational goals and monitor performance objectives
- Serve on the executive team as a cross-functional, strategic leader focused on overall property goals
- Recommend, promote, and lead the development and execution of capital projects
- Provide high levels of guest and team member engagement, satisfaction, and safety by developing and evaluating programs
- Assist Corporate Design and Development with non-gaming projects including property updates and remodels
- Mentor, train, and counsel team members across the property
- Ensure cleanliness standards and deep cleaning activities are met
- Maintain property and equipment efficiency ensuring utilities and building systems are safe and reliable
- Identify and track improvements and efficiencies of all equipment
- Implement and maintain asset protection programs
- Manage security-related incidents and investigations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standards and stewardship plans for properties
- Manage staffing levels to maximize productivity and control labor costs
- Oversee patrol services of casino, parking lots and auxiliary areas for safety and security
- Maintain working relationships with law enforcement agencies
- Develop and maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program
- Update and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and OSHA standards and report issues to Executive Management.
