Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in kitchen environments
  • Willingness to travel between properties
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and service periods
  • Completion of background check including employment, education, and criminal records
  • Commitment to inclusive and diverse work environment

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of culinary leadership experience
  • Experience as an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leader
  • Multi-unit or multi-concept experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costing, and purchasing
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop culinary teams
  • Experience with new restaurant openings and concept development
  • Spanish language skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Support chefs and culinary teams across the portfolio
  • Maintain high food quality, execution, and consistency
  • Serve as a trusted resource to kitchen leaders
  • Mentor and develop kitchen leadership teams
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and leadership growth
  • Ensure operational efficiency in kitchens
  • Collaborate with operations teams to align BOH and FOH
  • Manage food cost, labor, and kitchen performance
  • Review budgets and purchasing practices
  • Support new restaurant openings and culinary development
  • Assist with menu development and kitchen design
  • Train new teams for smooth kitchen launches
