We are currently seeking a Vice President of Culinary Operations who embodies the spirit of a chef and possesses extensive experience as a kitchen leader. This pivotal role reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Culinary and collaborates closely to support and enhance culinary operations company-wide. The VP of Culinary Operations will take a hands-on leadership approach to ensure our kitchens are expertly led, well staffed, financially stable, and consistently produce outstanding food that meets the high standards synonymous with MML Hospitality. This role goes beyond traditional corporate duties, requiring someone with genuine kitchen experience who understands the rhythm of service and can work side-by-side with chefs to develop robust systems supporting a growing organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at supporting chefs, cultivating emerging leaders, and maintaining high culinary standards while preserving the unique creativity and personality that define each restaurant and hotel concept.
