Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of delivering financial results
  • Strong knowledge of labor productivity management
  • Ability to manage and influence teams effectively
  • Familiarity with government regulations and safety standards including OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, NFPA
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic execution skills
  • Experience in branded hotel management preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven financial management skills including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning
  • Demonstrated ability to build, influence, and grow cohesive teams
  • History of positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies within revenue management, sales, marketing, and food & beverage
  • Understanding of governmental regulations and safety standards such as OSHA, EPA, ADA, CFC, and NFPA
  • Experience creatively problem-solving and executing strategies to maximize revenue and guest experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager preferred
  • Experience in branded hotels or upscale properties is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead and develop hotel and food & beverage teams to achieve financial, cultural, and experiential goals
  • Manage overall hotel performance including P&L, guest satisfaction, brand quality assurance, budget, and labor
  • Direct leadership and performance of all operating departments including food & beverage, sales, marketing, and human resources
  • Cultivate day-to-day culture emphasizing ethical leadership, associate engagement, and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence through proactive communication and delivering solid business outcomes
  • Ensure the hotel ambiance and brand representation meet company standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by regional vice presidents and corporate leadership
