Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as General Manager or similar leadership role
  • Proven financial management skills including P&L analysis budgeting forecasting and capital expenditure planning
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
  • Experience managing associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with revenue management sales marketing and food and beverage operations
  • Knowledge of government regulations and safety standards such as OSHA EPA ADA CFC NFPA
  • Ability to manage labor productivity
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record delivering financial results with effective financial management skills
  • Proven experience building influencing and growing cohesive teams
  • Demonstrated positive associate engagement and guest satisfaction scores
  • Knowledge of cross-discipline strategies within revenue management sales marketing and food and beverage
  • Understanding of governmental regulations and safety standards such as OSHA EPA ADA CFC NFPA
  • Ability to manage labor productivity effectively
  • Creative problem-solving skills to execute strategies and deliver results
  • Experience in similar leadership roles with minimum 3 - 5 years as General Manager preferred
  • Prior experience in branded or upscale hotel properties is a plus

Job Duties

  • Lead develop and influence teams to deliver financial cultural and experiential results
  • Achieve business goals while maintaining brand style and ambiance
  • Ensure flawless on-brand guest experience
  • Act as strategic business leader responsible for overall hotel performance including P&L guest satisfaction brand quality assurance budget and labor
  • Direct leadership teams across food and beverage sales marketing human resources
  • Lead day-to-day culture uphold ethical leadership for associate engagement and guest satisfaction
  • Build owner confidence via proactive communication and business results
  • Perform other duties assigned by RVPs and corporate leadership
