Job Requirements
- Driver's license
- Clean DMV record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet company's production and quality standards
- Ability to spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas
- Regular sitting, standing, and walking
- Infrequent bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Infrequent overhead reaching and lifting
- Infrequent climbing stairs
- Regular repetitive hand/finger movement
- Infrequent grasping/grabbing with hands
- Pushing and pulling
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Drive customers to their homes or places of business and pick them up after their vehicle is repaired
- Use good judgment and safe driving skills
- Keep a timely shuttle route
- Assist passengers getting in and out of vehicles
- Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
- Keep a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
- Notify dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report to work with a positive attitude, on time and ready to work
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
- Complete additional tasks as directed
