As a well-established institution focused on making a meaningful social impact, the food bank values dignity, integrity, collaboration, and impact in all its efforts to build a hunger-free future. It fosters a supportive work environment where diversity and inclusion are integral, ensuring equal opportunity employment and promoting a culture of fairness, responsibility, and trustworthiness among its staff. The food bank also upholds a drug and tobacco-free workplace.

The Volunteer Services Coordinator role at the Community Food Bank plays a critical part in supporting the Volunteer Services Team's daily operations. Furthermore, a valid Arizona driver’s license with the ability to travel to various CFB locations is essential. This role is ideal for those passionate about community service, skilled in coordination and communication, and eager to contribute to an organization dedicated to fighting hunger and fostering community engagement.
