Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Physical stamina to perform duties standing and moving for extended periods

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to confidently guide guests
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, maintaining high attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables effectively while keeping service areas clean and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
- Handle transactions precisely, closing checks with confidence and following company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area in compliance with hygiene regulations
- Sustain physical stamina by remaining energetic and on your feet, capable of lifting, bending, and moving throughout shifts
