The company prides itself on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality industry.
The role of Director of Revenue for Hotels at Aimbridge Hospitality is a pivotal leadership position designed to drive the financial success of multiple properties by leveraging expert revenue management techniques. This role involves partnering directly with property teams to maximize revenue through innovative strategies in pricing, inventory control, and market analysis. The Director of Revenue will work closely with sales and marketing departments to capture high-value group business and enhance hotel profitability across all channels.
As a strategic member of the hotel’s Executive Committee, the Director of Revenue will influence key business decisions, shape long-term revenue goals, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Duties encompass daily oversight of yield management, detailed forecasting, and data-driven analytics to uncover opportunities for growth and competitiveness in the market. The position requires a strong ability to analyze complex data, translate findings into actionable plans, and communicate results effectively with stakeholders.
Candidates will bring five or more years of hotel industry experience or hold a hospitality/business degree coupled with relevant professional experience. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with hotel operations, yield management, and Property Management Systems (PMS) are essential. The role demands high-level organizational and presentation skills, combined with a proactive and service-oriented approach consistent with Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards.
This full-time role offers not only the opportunity to lead a dynamic revenue management team but also to advance career growth within a globally recognized hospitality brand. A competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, is offered to eligible employees after an initial waiting period. Furthermore, with the introduction of daily pay options, Aimbridge Hospitality demonstrates its dedication to employee wellbeing and financial flexibility.
Joining Aimbridge Hospitality as Director of Revenue means being part of an innovative team that values strategic thinking, collaborative leadership, and impactful results. This position is ideal for professionals ready to take the helm on revenue management efforts, drive property profitability, and contribute to the success of hotels across Colorado and beyond. The company emphasizes continuous improvement, effective communication, and market-savvy decision making—making this a rewarding career opportunity within a vibrant hospitality environment.
