We are currently seeking a Catering & Convention Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing food and beverage sales goals, managing client relationships, and ensuring that every event hosted at our properties is executed flawlessly. The Catering & Convention Services Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve revenue targets, boost satisfaction scores, and maintain high standards of service. This position is classified as an overtime eligible manager (OEM), meaning it includes the calculation and payment of overtime.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving catering and convention success by blending creativity, client service, and business acumen to deliver exceptional experiences. You will take the lead in revenue generation by hitting sales targets and ensuring customer delight through attentive service and quality event delivery. Your client engagement skills will be key, involving direct communication like phone calls, conducting tours, and providing personalized service that fosters long-term relationships. You will stay ahead of industry trends and market opportunities, proactively finding ways to keep the property's offerings competitive and attractive.

The role demands excellent event management skills as you will plan and execute events with attention to detail, handling any last-minute changes smoothly. Participation in community events and promotion activities is also essential to increase the property’s visibility and strengthen its reputation.
