Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hotel front desk or customer service roles preferred
- basic computer skills including familiarity with hotel software
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capacity to handle stressful situations gracefully
- attention to detail and organizational skills
