Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of experience in hotel operations with supervisory responsibilities
- Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure
- Current or willingness to obtain Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid certifications
- Availability to work overtime as this is an overtime eligible manager position
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Legal eligibility to work in the job location
Job Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive hotel experience in rooms or food and beverage
- Supervisory experience in a hotel or related setting
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and management software
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Commitment to upholding high standards of hospitality service
Job Duties
- Supervise multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and support ongoing employee development
- Maintain clear and effective communication with colleagues and guests
- Handle financial data and support operational decision-making
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems for management tasks and reporting
- Ensure professional appearance and grooming standards are upheld
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, hospitality-focused approach
