Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in store visual merchandising
- Proven experience in project management
- Retail and wholesale background preferred
- Strong understanding of the luxury business market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel as needed
Job Qualifications
- 5+ years store visual merchandising experience
- Solid experience in project management with proven planning and agility skills
- Retail and wholesale experience preferred
- Understanding of high luxury business requirements / awareness
- Outstanding project management, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience with beauty and or wholesale environments
- Business and customers centric style, results driven
- Strong autonomy and ability to prioritize his/her activities
- Analysis / Reporting skills
- Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe skills
- Fluent English (Spanish and Italian as +)
Job Duties
- Oversee the adaptation and implementation of visual guidelines to ensure best quality of product display and provide feedback monthly
- Responsible to train client advisors and visual points of contact of business partners on display and visual merchandising standards
- Participate to the preparation and execution of new store openings, pop-ups, and key throughout the year, ensuring the right vendors are selected and delivering the highest standards
- Maximize store sales through a strong level of business and key metric analysis and apply observations to merchandising strategies
- Maintain visuals/display materials/prop inventory and coordinate orders for retail, wholesale and travel retail stores including existing and new store openings, pop-ups, key events
- Manage the visual merchandising and CAPEX budgets and manage daily procurement activities related to overall accounts, handling departmental administrative duties as required
- Identify Americas suppliers who can execute brand standards
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a best-in-class ID and Merchandising function
- Provide key measurement statistics, analysis and reporting on new and existing installations
- Regular update and communication to management through weekly, monthly and quarterly business review
