This particular role is a Visual Merchandising and Store Design Associate position located in East Palo Alto, available as a full-time permanent employment opportunity within IKEA's Interior Design and Visual Merchandising department. The position offers an hourly pay range of $24.72 to $33.19 and requires availability for 34 to 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, with schedules published a month in advance. In this role, the Visual Merchandising and Store Design Associate will play a crucial part in implementing and innovating store layout plans to optimize presentation of products, creating visually appealing and organized environments that inspire customers. Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years retail visual merchandising or similar experience
  • Proficient in Adobe, AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup or similar software
  • Associate's degree preferred
