Job Description

Towne Park is a leading provider specializing in parking management and transportation services across various sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, and corporate environments. With a strong commitment to customer service and operational excellence, Towne Park partners with renowned establishments such as Baylor Scott and White Health to ensure efficient and secure access management. Their focus on safety, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences has positioned them as a trusted name in the industry, continuously striving to enhance visitor management solutions tailored to the needs of their clients.

The Visitor Management Concierge role at Towne Park presents a vital opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on creating a welcoming, secure, and professional atmosphere for hospital patients, visitors, and vendors. This position entails serving as the first point of contact at hospital entrances, specifically within the Baylor Scott and White Health system, where the concierge will welcome, check-in, and provide badges to all entrants. The role emphasizes not only excellent customer service but also strict adherence to safety and privacy protocols including HIPAA regulations.

Offering an hourly base pay range between $19 and $19.50, this role features varying shift schedules aligned with hospital business volumes, including early morning, afternoon, and weekend shifts. The shifts are currently scheduled from 4:45 am to 1:00 pm and 12:45 pm to 9:00 pm, with specific shift assignments determined during the interview process. Employees have the opportunity to enroll in various insurance benefits such as accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, and telemedicine, along with access to the company's 401k retirement savings plan, subject to eligibility requirements based on job classification, tenure, and hours worked.

The responsibilities of the Visitor Management Concierge extend beyond simple greeting duties. This role demands a high level of vigilance and professionalism to monitor hospital entrances, operate screening equipment provided by Baylor Public Safety, and effectively manage visitor access to support a safe and compliant environment. Being an essential component of the hospital's security team, the concierge is required to promptly report any suspicious activities and assist visitors with inquiries, directions, and guidance throughout their visit.

Key functions involve maintaining detailed visitor records while safeguarding confidential patient information, monitoring the condition of the physical environment, and ensuring compliance with visitor management protocols established by both Towne Park and Baylor Scott and White. The position calls for an individual who can multitask efficiently, prioritize responsibilities under pressure, and remain composed during stressful situations, all while fostering positive interactions with a diverse range of patients and guests.

In addition to these duties, the Visitor Management Concierge is expected to uphold workplace safety by following established procedures and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest health and safety standards. Physical requirements include the ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and perform activities such as climbing stairs and navigating various weather conditions when necessary.

Towne Park values integrity, reliability, and a strong service orientation in candidates for this position. Individuals with a background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a calm demeanor are well-suited for this role. The company encourages candidates who seek to contribute meaningfully to the safety and comfort of hospital communities and are looking for stable employment with competitive compensation and benefits to apply for this exciting position.
