Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Monday through Friday standard shifts
- Remote work capability with availability for quarterly in-office meetings in Pittsburgh
- Completion of in-person training during the first three weeks
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills including MS Office and database entry software
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
- Empathic and compassionate listener
- Experience in medical or personal injury fields preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Act as the primary operator of the switchboard
- Efficiently screen incoming calls, obtain accurate information, and route calls or messages to appropriate personnel
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls including notes and outcomes
- Create and issue meticulous letters for clients, case files, insurance, employers, and document requests
- Complete assigned work in a timely manner to foster positive relationships
- Attend periodic in-office meetings as required
- Adhere to ESA’s core values in all communications and tasks
