The Dome, a key venue managed by Oak View Group, is currently seeking a dedicated and professional VIP Suite Server. This role is crucial in delivering an elevated food and beverage service to the venue’s VIP guests during events, ensuring that every interaction contributes to a memorable and premium experience. The server is expected to possess exceptional guest service skills, a thorough knowledge of the menu including specialty cocktails, wines, and gourmet offerings, and the ability to anticipate and respond promptly to VIP guest needs.

This part-time role offers an hourly wage of $10.00 and is tip eligible. It presents an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and live entertainment to join a global leader in the space. In this position, the VIP Suite Server is not only responsible for food and beverage service but also for ensuring compliance with all safety and venue policies, working collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to provide seamless service. The server will utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales by promoting premium offerings. Flexibility is required to work nights, weekends, and holidays in alignment with The Dome's event calendar.
