The role of the VIP Server at Bodega is critical in upholding the venue's reputation for outstanding service and luxurious guest experiences. The VIP Server at Bodega is entrusted with executing impeccable bottle service presentations, maintaining meticulous table setups, and ensuring seamless communication with the broader team including bartenders, hosts, and security. Job Requirements

Must have 1+ year of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or VIP service
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and late-night shifts
Flexibility in scheduling and availability to meet business demands
Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate crowded spaces
Must practice safe work habits and report injuries immediately
Must comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

1+ year of experience in nightlife, hospitality, or VIP service preferred
Strong sales skills with ability to upsell and drive revenue
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
High degree of professionalism and ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly, and cordially with guests and team members
Ability to read and write English to understand and interpret procedures and communicate effectively

Job Duties

Deliver a refined and high-touch VIP experience that aligns with Bodega’s brand standards and nightlife atmosphere
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP tables, ensuring attentive and anticipatory service
Maintain a strong presence on the floor, proactively engaging with guests and adapting service style
Build and maintain meaningful guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
Execute VIP bottle presentations with precision, professionalism, and attention to detail
Present and recommend bottle selections confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge
Prepare and maintain table setups, including glassware, mixers, garnishes, and presentation elements
Monitor table activity and consumption, proactively recommending additional products or upgrades
Ensure all orders are accurately entered, tracked, and closed out according to company procedures
Drive revenue through strategic upselling of bottle service packages and premium spirits
Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding individual and venue-wide sales goals
Cultivate and maintain a personal network of guests through relationship-building and engagement
Work collaboratively with bartenders, barbacks, hosts, security, and management to ensure seamless service
Communicate effectively regarding VIP arrivals, guest needs, and service opportunities
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all assigned service areas
Support opening and closing procedures including table setup, breakdown, and restocking
Demonstrate flexibility by supporting traditional dining or floor service responsibilities as needed
Participate in execution of private events, large-format reservations, and special activations
Maintain awareness of venue dynamics including music programming and guest flow
Contribute to a vibrant atmosphere while preserving exclusivity of VIP service areas
Provide professional, courteous, and efficient service in a high-volume, late-night environment
Address guest concerns promptly and appropriately
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Actively promote Bodega’s events, entertainment programming, and featured offerings
Support marketing initiatives through guest engagement and venue activations
Consistently represent brand with professionalism and a guest-first mindset
