With a vision to unite nations through sport, FIFA26 is dedicated to delivering a seamless, world-class, and unforgettable event experience that will be remembered for generations.
The VIP Lounge Manager role is a critical position within the FIFA26 Guest Operations team. Reporting to the Guest Operations Stadium Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of premium hospitality services within the VIP lounge at one of the tournament’s stadium venues, specifically in Atlanta. This is a fixed term contract role requiring onsite presence during match days.
The VIP Lounge Manager will play a key leadership role in managing the complete guest experience for V and VIP guests, including ensuring all aspects of branding, entertainment, staff coordination, and decor meet the highest standards of excellence. They will work collaboratively with multiple departments such as Hospitality, Guest Relations, and Venue Management to guarantee a flawless operation and exceptional service delivery. Managing relationships with hospitality suppliers to ensure quality, adherence to budget, and risk mitigation will be essential to the success of this role.

The candidate needs to demonstrate a strong commitment to personal responsibility, leadership capability to motivate and delegate within a team, and foresight to understand the wider organizational impact of their decisions.
Candidates should have a strong academic background with a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Sport Management, Business, Hospitality, or Event Management, with preference for those who have postgraduate education focusing on international organizations or sport management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in guest operations and event services, including project management skills, is required. Extensive expertise in stadium and guest operations, particularly with VIP hospitality at major sporting events, is essential.
