The role of Concierge Attendant at Concord Hospitality is essential in delivering the total "Guest Experience" in a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. This position is best suited for individuals who love serving others, enjoy making guests smile, and possess strong knowledge of local restaurants, entertainment options, and attractions. As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the go-to person for guests seeking advice and assistance to enhance their visit, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable. This role operates on a variable schedule from Monday through Friday on the 2nd shift and offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $16.80. The Concierge Attendant will be required to adhere to company policies, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and uphold the confidentiality and security of company assets.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming and acknowledging guests, anticipating and addressing their service needs, and assisting guests with disabilities. Effective communication skills are vital as you will interact with guests and coworkers, answer telephones with proper etiquette, and accurately prepare documentation. You will develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance standards. Physically, the job requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds. Additional tasks may be assigned by supervisors to support hotel operations.
