Ticketmaster commands the ticketing landscape worldwide with over half a billion tickets sold annually, serving a diverse clientele exceeding 12,000. Live Nation Concerts champions live entertainment by promoting more than 40,000 shows and 100+ festivals yearly, showcasing the talents of nearly 4,000 artists across over 40 countries. Through continued innovation and passionate engagement with fans and artists alike, Live Nation maintains its ground as a dynamic pillar in the music and entertainment industry.
Live Nation’s Concerts Division is a vibrant hub where tours take flight, artists thrive, and fans are immersed in unforgettable live music experiences. This division fosters a culture that thrives on energy, creativity, and collaboration across various teams—ranging from global touring and ticketing to venue operations and marketing. Employees enjoy a supportive work environment enriched with perks such as complimentary concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, and progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement and adoption and fertility support. These features have garnered the company recognition as a Great Place to Work and inclusion in People Magazine’s “50 Companies that Care.” At its core, Live Nation embraces diversity and inclusion, encouraging every employee to bring their authentic selves to work and supporting them to achieve their professional and personal aspirations in an industry driven by passion for live music.
The role of VIP Host within Live Nation's Concerts Division is critical to delivering exceptional experiences to high-value guests during live events. As a VIP Host, you will engage directly with concert patrons, offering premium upgrades such as VIP passes, exclusive seating, and priority entry. Your responsibilities span the entire guest journey—from the initial sales pitch to payment processing and ensuring fulfillment of premium experiences. This role requires a personable and anticipatory approach, catering to VIP clients by managing check-ins, escorting guests, and maintaining an attentive presence throughout their visit. Building strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients is essential, as is coordinating closely with operational teams including the Ops Director, servers, and security for smooth execution on show nights.
Attention to detail is vital in setting up VIP areas, personalizing seating arrangements, and onsite signage to create a welcoming environment for guests. This fast-paced, often loud and energetic setting demands resilience, physical stamina, and a polished professional demeanor. Occasionally, you will also support special events held in the venue. The compensation for this role in Colorado is estimated at $15.97 hourly, reflecting location, skills, and experience. Joining Live Nation as a VIP Host means becoming part of a globally respected company that values diversity, fosters career growth, and celebrates the vibrant culture of live music.
