This role involves working directly in live entertainment settings where providing superior guest service is paramount. The position is focused on recognizing Live Nation Executives and VIPs to show appreciation for their patronage, acting as a key resource of information for all guests about their experience within lounges and music areas. The role requires assisting guests with queries related to the timing of supporting and headliner acts, maintaining effective communication with team members such as managers, bar staff, and servers to ensure smooth guest arrivals and overall satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for upholding the ambiance and atmosphere of lounge areas or seating sections while continuously observing and attending to guest needs. They must showcase excellent communication skills with an articulate vocabulary and the ability to socialize comfortably with diverse audiences. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential, as well as anticipation of guest needs to deliver superior service at all times.

  • Skill in diplomacy, handling multiple tasks, verbal skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to diffuse possibly volatile situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Must have a flexible schedule

Job Duties

  • Giving proper recognition to Live Nation Executives and VIPs to instill appreciation for their patronage
  • Serving as a resource of information for all Guests regarding their experience within both the lounges and music areas
  • Assisting guests regarding the timing of the supporting acts and headliner acts
  • Providing assistance to all positions and communicating effectively with others to enhance guest experience
  • Maintaining contact with Manager, Bar Staff, and Server regarding the arrival of all guests
  • Constant observation of lounge area, upholding the ambiance of the lounge or seating section
  • Exhibiting articulate vocabulary with the ability to adapt and socialize with audience
  • Presenting exemplary and professional appearance
  • Anticipating guests’ needs and providing superior service
