This state-of-the-art facility hosts numerous high-profile concerts, events, and corporate functions. The Boeing Center's Premium Department is dedicated to delivering superior services for VIP guests and premium clients, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations.

The VIP Experience Host/Hostess position within the Premium Department at the Boeing Center at Tech Port plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of hospitality and client service that ASM Global is known for. This part-time, hourly position directly reports to the Premium Seating & Experience Manager and is crucial for the smooth operation and positive guest experience during events. The VIP Experience Host/Hostess is primarily responsible for greeting VIP members and guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor, memorizing their names to foster personalized interactions, and attending to their needs throughout the event.

This role demands a highly adaptable individual capable of working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment surrounded by crowds and loud noise. Attention to detail, excellent communication, and decision-making skills are essential as the host/hostess will handle all upgrades and ancillary transactions, including pitching and selling additional amenities and collecting payments securely. The responsibility also extends to maintaining cleanliness, appearance, and appropriate conduct per the established guidelines.

Furthermore, this position requires a proactive approach to guest relations, anticipating VIP needs and addressing any complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. The host/hostess acts as an usher for VIP clients, guiding them to their seats and providing personal attention to enhance their overall event experience. They must be self-motivated, accountable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team, flexibly covering shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

An ideal candidate will have prior hospitality experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, nightclub, or lounge setting. Sales experience and bilingual skills are considered advantageous. The host/hostess must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation and demonstrate excellent writing, verbal, and public speaking abilities. Physical stamina is necessary since the job involves standing for long periods, moving around the facility, and occasional lifting of items weighing up to 50 pounds.
