Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
- Ability to perform above average mathematical skills
- Type 35 words per minute
- PC skills including Word and Excel
- Ability to understand and comply with company and departmental rules, policies and procedures
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and guests
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and LMS programs desired
- Prior hotel and bartending skills preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certified
- Gaming Certification
- Must be 21 years or older
- Ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy, smoky, dimly or brightly lit
- Requires mobility and constant standing
- Frequent use of office equipment
- Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
- Normal vision range and absence of color blindness
- Ability to work in smoke-filled environments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience in hospitality or bartending preferred
- Alcohol Awareness Certification
- Gaming Certification
- Must be 21 years or older
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest check-in and check-out concierge services
- Greet VIP guests with courteous and sincere attitude
- Coordinate reservations for spa, dining, shows, and limo transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and overall upkeep of the Gold Room or VIP Room
- Process and secure credit card transactions adhering to PCI compliance
- Collaborate with Casino Marketing and Player Development Executives to resolve guest issues
- Assist in training new Row team members and perform bartending duties as needed
