Job Description

Live Nation Entertainment stands as the world’s premier live entertainment company, encompassing the global leaders Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. With Ticketmaster facilitating over 620 million ticket sales annually and servicing approximately 10,000 clients worldwide, and Live Nation Concerts promoting more than 50,000 events annually across 40-plus countries for nearly 7,000 artists, the company operates on an unmatched scale. Live Nation Media & Sponsorship complements these offerings by creating strategic music marketing programs that connect more than 1,200 sponsors to the 145 million fans attending Live Nation events each year. The company prides itself on a culture that embraces passion, motivation, innovation, and a forward-thinking entrepreneurial spirit.

The role being offered is that of a Premium Operations Supervisor at the Leader Bank Pavilion, reporting directly to the venue's General Manager. This position is integral to delivering an exceptional Premium Seat Services (PSS) experience through close cooperation with the PSS team. The supervisor will oversee various elements related to the Premium Seats, including the management and integrity of the Premium Club, seat inventory, and premium parking, ensuring that all operational aspects align with the company’s high standards. The scope of work extends beyond simple oversight to include the hiring, training, and management of non-Food & Beverage premium staff such as hosts, greeters, ticket takers, and security personnel who contribute to premium guest experiences.

The Premium Operations Supervisor will lead a team of 10 or more personnel to deliver high-quality premium hospitality services every show. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the Premium Seat Sales team and operations to maintain smooth communication and solve issues promptly. Responsibilities include conducting pre-shift meetings, coordinating staff assignments across all premium locations such as boxes, club seats, and entrance gates, and consistently monitoring operations throughout the event. The supervisor will also be tasked with surveying boxes for capacity compliance, managing ticket issues in partnership with the Box Office Manager, and conducting detailed post-show recaps to refine the premium customer experience continually.

An ideal candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment dedicated to exemplary guest service. Flexibility is crucial as the role requires working long hours during both weekdays and weekends, reflecting the schedule of the live shows. Strong organization and scheduling skills are essential to coordinate resources effectively, alongside excellent communication skills for real-time problem solving. The supervisor must also exercise good judgment, tact, and diplomacy in managing staff and guest relations. Physical requirements may include standing for long periods, lifting, and tolerance to various temperature conditions.

Live Nation Entertainment values diversity and inclusion, actively promoting an environment where employees and fans alike can be their authentic selves and contribute fully. The company supports equal employment opportunities irrespective of age, ancestry, disability, gender identity, and numerous other protected categories. Furthermore, Live Nation commits to reasonable accommodations to assist qualified individuals with disabilities or pregnancy-related conditions.

The compensation for this Premium Operations Supervisor role is estimated between 17.6 to 22.0 USD per hour, reflecting factors like experience, qualifications, and market location. Live Nation maintains ethical hiring practices and does not require any payment or equipment purchases from candidates during recruitment processes. Selected candidates will experience a fulfilling career path within a globally recognized live entertainment company dedicated to dynamic growth and exceptional live event experiences.
