We are currently seeking energetic and dedicated VIP Club Servers to join our team. This role is tailored for high-energy professionals who excel in communication and customer service and have a passion for delivering an elevated dining experience to premium-seat clients at our full-service VIP restaurants. VIP Club Servers at EVT play a crucial part in enhancing the guest experience by attentively greeting patrons, accurately taking and delivering orders, and maintaining the ambiance and cleanliness of the VIP dining area. These servers are ambassadors of the brand, ensuring every guest receives personalized and efficient service tailored to create memorable event experiences.

The ideal candidate is not only skilled in traditional serving duties but also participates actively in preparing the restaurant before events and in cleaning up after events to maintain high operational standards. Attention to detail is paramount, as servers are expected to be observant and knowledgeable about the menu to confidently answer questions and make recommendations. The role requires excellent multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced and often loud event atmosphere.

This is a part-time employment opportunity with shift start times typically in the afternoon or evening, lasting approximately 3 to 8 hours, dependent on the event schedule. Employees must be 21 years of age or older due to the nature of the beverage service involved. Job Duties

Maintain a clean server station and restaurant area
communicate with support staff and kitchen staff to ensure orders are being properly processed
communicate with host/hostess to ensure guests are greeted and served in a timely manner
accurately maintain their checks and cash on hand to balance with point of sale (POS) system close out
fulfill guest orders/requests to ensure an exceptional experience
work collaboratively with other staff towards the overall success of the event and the company
other duties as assigned
